Question: Lemon law return vehicle in nys / nyc?

How hard is it to return the car under the lemon law? btw there is a lemon law for my 05 used car with 62000 miles... its 2 months 3k miles

It must be a new car that has been in for a repair of the same problem at least three times with no success of repair. (That's the brief explanation)

There are several steps to go through in order to invoke the lemon law First and foremost: Was this a brand new car? If not, is it less than 18 months old?
