Question: How many times does my vehicle have to have problems to be under the lemon law?

Well, is it new or used? If its new, then google your state + "lemon law " and read your rights. If its used it can have problems every day, and still nto qualify. Since there are virtually no lemon laws on used cars

Your car can have hundreds of problems and not qualify for the lemon law. You'll have to check with your state for the particulars, but generally it must be the same problem, not caused by other factors that cannot be fixed after at least 4 attempts or at least 30 days in service. Also, if the problem doesn't affect the value of the car, it may not qualify under the lemon law.
