Are there any lemon law issues with the Acura Integra (1992 Model)?
I'm buying this model soon for 1,000$. For the price, it's in excellent condition, even has aftermarket 17" white rims. Dope as hell. My grandma owned a '92 Integra but she was constantly taking it to Honda to always make sure it was in prime condition. It was in like new condition when she sold it in 2005, excluding a dent near the gas cap where my father got into an accident. Will I have to put rediculous amounts of money into this car? Will it be a money eater like my friend's '97 Mercury Sable? Hondas have been known to be reliable unlike Fords... but would still like more background before I purchase this car because I have a limited income. Thanks in advance
Does the lemon law apply here?
Two people agree to exchange cars but Bob is a mechanic and auto dealer and trades his mini van stating that he will give a 30 warranty. Hours after the transaction Lori calls Bob to complain that the engine light just turned on and there are car troubles. Bob ignored the calls and Lori still hasn't got her warranty in 3 days. Lori would like her original vehicle back or the van to be fixed. Is Lori entitled to her car back? And what kind of agreements should be in the warranty?

What are the lemon laws in the state of new hampshire for used cars?
So I purchased a car from a used dealership in my town of Ashland New Hampshire about 4 days ago. When I left the dealership about 10 minutes down the road, the check engine light came on. I pulled over on the side of the road and immedately called them. The man who sold it to me told me that it was the hummidity from the weather that gets into the gas tank and to just get dry gas and bring it in on monday. Well the following evening, the car makes a large BANG and breaks down on the side of the road with no warning other than the bang. So I get it towed to the dealership for them to fix. I call the next morning and they tell me it was just a bad spark plug out of the box. So I get my car and about 5 hours later the light comes on AGAIN I called them the next morning They were closed when this happened for the second time. and they told me that I could bring it in but all they could do is read what the computer says. Turns out there is something wrong with the fuel intake. I scheduale a time for them to fix that later on in the week. They told me it was no big deal and that i can drive it to work for the rest of the week. Well about an hour ago i go out to get in my car and my car wont start at all. No lights come on or nothing. I am really really really stressed out over this car, and honestly dont want it anymore. Its a lemon if ive ever seen one. So what I want to know is, do i have any llegal rights over this car? Can I get my money back? All the information I find is lemon laws for new cars. Please help

I have a question about my lemon law rights?
I just bought a peice of junk car from a dealer and called him and complained to him that my engine light started blinking only 11 days after I bought it. He says to take it out to " his" guy who fixes his cars and he will pay for all of the repairs. Well, I'm too afraid to drive the car as it shakes and makes all sorts of the noises. When I called him today and told him I wasn't able to drive it out there he says the he only usually pays for the repairs...and not the tow. Implying that I would have to pay for the tow. Is this fair? Shouldn't he be paying for all of it?EDIT The guy didn't give me anything. I know that because he's a dealer that I have lemon law rights ... But I didn't get a single thing from him. Not a receipt... not a bill of sale ... nothin. I left with the keys and the car.
