Does Virginia have a lemon law?
I recently bought a mini bus. I didn't even get it 50 miles before it broke down. To date the repairs have cost me almost as much as I paid for the bus. I wanted to know if Virginia have a " lemon" law?
Are there any "lemon laws" that apply to private sellers?
Bought a 2000 Chevy CavalierCar ran great long enough for me to buy it and drive it home, then it acted up. Took it to two places Gateway Chevrolet & a smaller auto shop and both said the vehicle had been in a front end accident that was bad enough to set off all airbags. I was not told about the crash no salvaged title, title is clean Chevy place checked the VIN nor was I told that the airbags had been deployed. Is there and law or legal rights against this? I bought it yesterday, got it checked out today. Any help or websites or people I can call to get more info? Any help is appreciated.I've been doing research all damn day. I know for a fact now that there ARE lemon laws for this type of thing. It's NOT just for brand new cars or dealership transactions. So I'll re phrase this. Please only answer if you know what the hell you're talking about. If you have attorney names for small case courts or any useful info for me relating to this, please let me know.

I bought a used car from a dealer 2 weeks agO. Im having problems,so went to lexus and they stated that the previous owner traded in the car 2 weeks prior to me buying it. They looked up the service history and last month dealer found electrical issues totalling over 7000 what r my rights

My husband had bought a work truck from the city. Since he's had it I think he has replaced theengine around 5 times with a new one that of course includes a warranty. Does the lemon lawcover replacement engines? Lois B.

I'm buying this model soon for 1,000$. For the price, it's in excellent condition, even has aftermarket 17" white rims. Dope as hell. My grandma owned a '92 Integra but she was constantly taking it to Honda to always make sure it was in prime condition. It was in like new condition when she sold it in 2005, excluding a dent near the gas cap where my father got into an accident. Will I have to put rediculous amounts of money into this car? Will it be a money eater like my friend's '97 Mercury Sable? Hondas have been known to be reliable unlike Fords... but would still like more background before I purchase this car because I have a limited income. Thanks in advance
If my axle breaks on a new car, can it be considered a lemon law?
I bought a brand new 2012 Honda Civic, my axle snapped with under 1000 miles on the vehicle. I am wondering if there is anything I can do about it? They offered me some BS extended warranty that states " Consumer agrees to accept this amount in full settlement and compromise of any and all claims arising out of or based on the conditions listed above, including but not limited to, any breach of warranty claims. With respect to said claims, Consumer's rights are waived to the extent allowed by applicable state and federal laws. However, nothing herein shall operate to limit or extiquish the original warranty of the vehicle. The original warranty shall remain intact pursuant to the original terms and conditions of the warranty.
I bought a car two weeks ago and the frame broke in half, is there any lemon laws?
the car was for my grandfather but he never got to drive it. so my father drove it and he didnt drive it recklessly, but last night the frame broke completely in half. he called the dealer and the dealer said to call a mobile welder, but it wouldnt be safe. is there any type of lemon law or something we can do to get our money back?

recently bought a used 2003 nissan altima with 130,000 miles on it a little over a month ago. the vehicle has been in for repair nearly every week since financing it. Is this a violation of the lemon law?
